So Jennie Blanc Dry is a French 0.0% non-alcoholic sparkling white made from carefully selected white grape musts, with no fermentation and therefore no alcohol to remove. Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles, it opens with white fruit and citrus before moving toward subtle floral notes, gentle bitterness and a clean, dry finish. There's enough roundness to keep it graceful, while the citrus and mineral edge give it considerably more structure than the typical sparkling grape-based aperitif.
