The romantic Ruffle Veil is crafted from filmy off-white tulle cut in a pretty circular shape, and trimmed with a wide tulle ruffle. This single-layer cathedral length veil measures 108″ total, and features an off-set metal comb and a 30″ blusher that can be positioned in front of your face for a traditional silhouette, or behind you to create a darling double-tiered look.
