Castelmuro Pure Roasted Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil 250ml Bottle - Austria Made from Styrian pumpkinseeds, this Pumpkin seed oil has an intense nutty taste and is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. It makes a great pumpkin seed oil salad dressing. The typical Styrian dressing is made of pumpkin seed oil and apple cider vinegar. The oil is also used sometimes for desserts atop or vanilla ice cream - giving it a nutty taste - flavor reminiscent of the nuts you would put on top of your ice cream sun
