Duck fat is an excellent ‘secret’ ingredient to keep stocked in your refrigerator. It used to sear any kind of meat or seafood as well as for sautéing vegetables. Tip: Try using it in place of butter to make perfectly crisped potatoes, or melted over popcorn with a little truffle salt.
