Individual leaves are dried in the light of the Moon over Yunnan during the night and then oxidized by the Summer sun. When brewed, Moonlight White perfectly captures the last liminal rays of sunlight over a clear horizon before nightfall. Golden liquor is clean and brilliant that becomes smooth and buttery with consecutive steeps. A well-rounded body with notes of caramelized sugars, apricots, and sea grasses.
