This party dress is cut to an empire bodice and features puff sleeves and a flattering circle-cut skirt. Featuring elasticized sleeves, and an open back with an elasticized back waist. Each rosette is made lovingly by hand and may vary in size and shape. Bodice lining only. Crafted in 100% polyester. Dry clean only
