Eden Wild Perry

Available from TeKu Tavern when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

Cider - 375ml Bottles Perry - 7.2% This perry is produced from seedling pears grown at Yoder Farm. Harvested and pressed in the Fall of 2023, it was allowed to ferment spontaneously from ambient yeasts. We bottled it during primary fermentation in the ancestral method. This perry, unusually,, has bright acidity and very little perception of sweetness. It is dry, complex and earthy with gentle astringency. The flavor has notes of green apple, acacia, white flowers and chalk.
