2 oz. Dried Chanterelle Flavor is king with our dried chanterelle. These ubiquitous beauties are best suited for soups as they tend to rehydrate a bit tougher than the other varieties. The flavor makes up for it, and after pureeing or braising for long periods they will become much softer and have a strong apricot scent that makes this mushroom most people’s favorite.
