Bacanha Poire (Pear) Syrup

Available from Cheeky & Dry when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

Bacanha Brut Poire is an organic pear syrup that captures the soft, juicy character of fresh pear with a gentle tartness that keeps it lively. Smooth and aromatic, it has the roundness you expect from ripe pear without burying the fruit beneath sweetness. It’s particularly lovely in sparkling drinks, lemonade, tea and cocktails where you want fruit that feels subtle rather than tropical or berry-forward. Made in France with organic pure cane sugar, water, natural pear flavor, organic fruit juice
