Fresh Shucked Oysters (8oz)

Available from Seattle Fish Company when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

We use strictly farm raised Pacific Oysters for our shucked products. Oysters are harvested from Willapa Bay and brought to our processing facility in Bay Center, WA. Our facility stores the live oysters in our shell-stock coolers at 45° F. Oysters are shucked and then the meats are washed in refrigerated water. The meats are sorted by hand for size and quality.
