Sourdough bagels: n aturally leavened, long fermented, malt- and salt-boiled then baked with nutritious organic fresh milled grains from Walla Walla and Skagit Valley. Flake Salt are topped only with flaky sea salt and have the blisteriest crust. Perfect for sandwiches, toasted open, or any archetypal bagel joyful experience.
