In 2 hours, guests will explore the basics of espresso extraction using Breville and Baratza home equipment. We’ll begin with espresso extraction theory, step-by-step basics of puck preparation, and finish the day with hands-on dial-in time to perfect your preferred espresso recipe. Guests can expect to experience at least 2 of our 5 Evergreen Espresso offerings, including Morning Sun and Big Truck. In addition to heaps of knowledge and hands-on experience, guests will leave with a 12oz bag of t
