ABV 4.2% This annual version of Skitch is a fresh hop rice lager brewed with a blend of pilsner malts and rice sugar. This version of Skitch was hopped in the kettle with Comet CGX NUVO and Wai-iti. Skitch was fermented cold with our house lager strain then dry hopped with Wai-iti and finished with a cold infusion of fresh Cascade hops from CLS Farms.
