Tart & Funky - 500ml bottle Wild Ale - 6.8% Blueberry Sabbath is the second release in our Sabbath series of wild ales re-fermented with locally grown fruit. This batch features 400lbs of Wyckoff Farms blueberries for re-fermentation. This beer has been bottle conditioned so we highly recommend refrigerating the beer for 24-48 hours prior to opening and pouring gently to leave sediment in the bottle. Expect a lively beer with a complex funky fruit flavor & bright acidity from wild yeast.
