ABV 5.5% Inspired by cherry pie made at Ben's Bread, this collaboration with them and Ridgewood Bottle and Tap (both from the Phinney Ridge neighborhood) is reminiscient of tart cherry with a dominant cinnamon and background note of clove! Pink/red, sour/tart, crisp, cherry and cinnamon forward.
