Cellador PlanetNINE

Available from TeKu Tavern when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

Tart & Funky - 16oz Can Dark Sour Ale - 11.2% PlanetNINE is a dark sour ale with notes of cocoa powder, dried figs and cherries and molasses. Resting it in bourbon barrels adds layers of vanilla and toffee that give the perception of a big, full bodied beer, despite there being almost no remaining unfermented sugars. Aged 19 Months and rested in Heaven Hill & Dickel Bourbon Barrels, and naturally conditioned with local orange blossom honey.
