Fruit & Spice - 500ml Bottle Brett Saison - 6.9% Triticale is a wheat/rye hybrid grain that features the bready and spicy characters of its parentage. Brewed with 100% Skagit Valley triticale, wheat and barley malts and 100% locally-grown hops, this fruity, spicy, funky saison was fermented with a mixed culture of saison yeast and Brettanomyces, then bottle conditioned with additional Brettanomyces cultures.
