Russian River Intinction - Petit Sirah

Tart & Funky - 375ml Bottle American Wild - 10.6% 2024 GABF BRONZE – BELGIAN-STYLE SOUR ALE For this batch of Intinction, we added Petite Sirah grapes to our spontaneous fermented beer Sonambic which had aged in a foeder for two years. This complex beer has rich fruity notes and a medium tannic contribution from the grapes along with a clean tart finish. Intinction is refermented in the bottle creating a natural carbonation and a small layer of yeast sediment.
