ABV 4.5% 8-week rice lager cereal mashed with sake-grade koji rice courtesy our collaborators at Tahoma Fuji Sake, boiled with a modest amount of Spalter Select hops, fermented cool, spunded for a natural carbonation, and lagered for 6 weeks before packaging. Our 3rd iteration of this beer ("MIRAGE made a beer 3 times??"), and the best yet.
