Tart & funky - 500ml Bottle American Wild - 6.5% Belgian pilsner malt, Belgian pale malt, wheat, water and hops.. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, then transferred to oak barrels with brettanomyces, saccharomyces, and lactobacillus. Barrel blended then aged on whole fruit blackberries, raspberries and boysenberries grown in the Puyallup Valley by Sterino Farms.
