Brewed with a simple but powerful grain bill of Genie Pils and Sonora White Wheat from our friends @lincmalt and hopped with Saaz, Harlen is light and lean but with a silky mouthfeel thanks to the wheat. We lagered the beer in the foeder with our mixed culture for over a month before packaging, where it then naturally conditioned in the can. Bright, refreshing, and with a touch of palate-cleansing bitterness in the finish, this is exactly the kind of beer we want to be drinking to welcome the wa
