Tart & Funky - 500ml Bottle American Wild - 5.8% Belgian pilsner malt, Belgian pale malt, wheat, water and hops.. Fermented in wine barrels with wild brettanomyces, wild lactobacillus, and wild saccharomyces. After blending the barrels it is aged on gold raspberries grown in the Puyallup Valley by Sterino Farms. Bottle conditioned with dextrose.
