Fruit & Spice - 500ml Bottle Sour Wheat - 4.8% A refreshing, fruity, mildly sour, wheat ale, inspired by the classic Berliner Weisse beers of Northern Germany. A “no boil” or “raw” ale, Blainerweisse was open-fermented with a fruit-forward farmhouse ale yeast, aged in one of our oak puncheons with a mixed culture of Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces, and bottle conditioned with local honey.
