ABV 4.9% Harmony of the Sun is a spelt-based saison hopped with Saphir and fermented in an oak foudre. The foudre fermentation enhances the beer’s texture and depth while allowing it’s farmhouse character to shine, evoking sun-drenched meadows, wildflowers and the rustic folk traditions of a never-ending Midsummer. Notes of soft citrus, fresh herbs and floral hops complement the earthy character of the spelt. It finishes crisp, refreshing and complex.
